Expanding Microsoft And Telkomsel Collaboration To Improve AI-Based Services

JAKARTA - Telkomsel is expanding its strategic partnership with Microsoft, to strengthen Azure AI's integration into Telkomsel's customer and business platforms and increase network availability.

Signed in the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024 at Barcelona, this expansion of the cooperation will open up and realize more opportunities in the use of AI technology for Indonesia.

"Through the expansion of collaboration with Microsoft, it allows us to strengthen AI capabilities in the various services we offer, so that it can provide smarter, more efficient, and innovative services for all customers," said Telkomsel Marketing Director, Derrick Heng, quoted on Sunday, March 3.

In addition, by implementing the latest technology such as Microsoft Azure AI into its services, Telkomsel aims to meet a variety of dynamic customer needs in the growing digital era.

Through this collaboration, Microsoft and Telkomsel will present artificial intelligence training programs (AI) for Telkomsel employees, including training in the application of AI for Sustainability and AI for Startups.

In addition, Telkomsel will also plan and implement more Azure AI Services technologies, including the Azure OpenAI Service, to present more innovative and personalization solutions for customers.
