Microsoft To Launch Meeting Feature In Microsoft Teams

JAKARTA Microsoft added updates to Microsoft Teams, specifically for PC users with Windows 11. On this update, Microsoft will display a reminder for the meeting.

In a blog post, Microsoft says that this reminder is still being tested, but developers can already feel the feature. This meeting reminder feature will appear when users open the Start menu.

Usually, when the menu opens, the user will see an application embedded by the system to make access easier. At the bottom of the menu Starts, Microsoft will display a Recommendation column to show the last files accessed.

At the top, Microsoft will begin adding reminders from Microsoft Teams that show the title of its meeting agenda. These recommendations will be displayed 5 minutes before the meeting starts and users can immediately click on the recommendation.

The Teamsonline Meeting will appear as recommended item 5 minutes before it starts, clicking on meeting recommendations will open a rally to join the meeting on Teams, Microsoft said.

The company said it would add Microsoft Teams reminders to the Windows 11 Pro or Enterprise edition with the Microsoft Entra ID account. They did not specify when this update would be officially released.

In addition to adding a meeting reminder update, the update in the Build version of 23619 will add improvements to do a File Explorer search, fix the problem when the Task Manager window is dragged, and fix the Narator's voice in Settings.
