JAKARTA - The Ministry of Communication and Information through the Directorate General of Informatics Applications, together with Lamp.id, continues to promote education and increase digital literacy through the All-Digital Literacy Ceremony in 2024.

In its first edition with the theme "Beyond The Profile: Secrets of Building an Effective Digital Identity and Achieve Your Opportunities", which was held on Wednesday 10 January, the speakers discussed how to utilize and maximize digital in a safe way.

According to the Director General of Informatics Applications, Semuel Abrijani Pangerapan, technological advances not only open the door to easy access to information and high efficiency, but also start the road to innovation that previously felt unaffordable.

However, Sammy added, the dark side in advances in this technology actually invites threats of misuse of technology and potential violations of privacy from cybercrime attacks.

Through this program, the Ministry of Communication and Informatics is committed to ensuring that each individual can maximize the benefits of opportunities for the era in digital without inequality, and of course, keep this sophistication from falling into the wrong hands.

"Without a view of hair, this program aims to ensure that each individual, regardless of its origins or to what extent its technology understanding can gain full access to information and crucial resources that can maximize its potential through digital access," added Lampung.id Founder Melissa Wijaya.

Not to forget, the Director General of Aptika also appealed to the public to continue to use digital channels with a positive approach. Thus, it is hoped that this can stimulate the use of technology responsibly and productively.
