Apple Music Presents Discovery Station Feature, Helping You Find New Songs and Artists

JAKARTA - Apple launched a new feature for its music streaming service, Apple Music, called Discovery Station. This feature will expand your playlist and help discover new artists you might like.

This feature will then automatically select songs that, according to Apple's system, you might want to re-enter them into your Apple Music catalog.

An Apple spokesperson confirmed to Engadget that the Discovery Station will only play music you've never heard before.

Since the main purpose of this feature is to help you discover new music, Discovery Station won't play the same song twice. Apple will keep playing new music, until you stop it yourself.

Like other playlists that use algorithms to recommend tracks, Discovery Station is also based on your listening activity and will continue to change as your tastes evolve.

This feature is said to have already been released to Apple Music subscribers worldwide. You just need to go to the Stations for You tab. If you haven't subscribed yet, you must first subscribe to Apple Music at a price of 5 US dollars or IDR 76,000 per month.
