JAKARTA - Electronic Arts (EA) kicked off 2023 by presenting a single-player space game in Dead Space. In addition, there will be more similar titles coming in the future, such as Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is EA's next big title on its slate of game releases, and anticipation for the action-adventure sequel continues to grow even though it turns out to be a bit longer than previously anticipated.

Scheduled for release on March 17, EA and Respawn Entertainment announced on Twitter that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor would be delayed by a month and a half, to April 28.

"Over the last three years, the Jedi team at Respawn have poured their collective heart and soul into Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, and we are proud to say that the next chapter in the Cal Kestis saga is complete," the announcement read.

Currently, the studio claims to be fully focused on the final stage, which includes bug fixes to improve performance, stability, polish, and most importantly, the player experience.

But, for the team to reach its best quality, Respawn still needs time to reach the level of polish that its fans deserve later.

"We've added an important six weeks to our release schedule, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will now launch globally on April 28," the studio said.

Not to forget, the studio also thanks the fans who have given them time to ensure they provide the best experience for their players.
