JAKARTA - Persija Jakarta coach, Thomas Doll admitted that his team's preparations were not optimal before facing Persita Tangerang. This was revealed by Doll because of the uncertain weather constraints.

Rain with high intensity that falls uncertainly makes Persija's training sessions often disrupted. Even though the Kemayoran Tigers are scheduled to host Persita in the 21st week of Liga 1 at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK), Jakarta on Sunday, December 3 at 19.00 WIB.

"Our preparation is not too good this week because of the weather. Indeed, because it often rains and the field is also difficult because it is wet," said Thomas Doll during a press conference.

With uncertain weather, the German coach must rack his brain so that he can still maximize his team. He then modified the training material, where when it rains the players will practice on the indoor field.

"Fortunately we have two fields so we can still train for the past two days," he added.

Even though it was hampered by weather conditions, Thomas Doll was still optimistic about the team's ability. Especially during the Persita meeting, the team will be in SUGBK.

This moment was greeted enthusiastically by Doll who said this would be a trigger for the team's spirit. The reason is that by holding it in SUGBK, the audience interest will be higher and will create a positive atmosphere for the team.

"We are happy to be playing again at GBK. Not explaining Patriots but we are happy to be playing again in this stadium because it has a good atmosphere," he said.
