BP Tapera: Mass Akad in Batang Promotes Achievement of 350,000 Subsidized Houses Target

BATANG - The People's Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera) together with the Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning (PKP) held a mass deed of 62,710 units of Sejahtera Home Ownership Loan (KPR) scheme of Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) at Puri Delta City Side Housing, Batang Regency, Central Java, Thursday, July 30.

This number also became the largest achievement in the history of the implementation of mass KPR subsidy contracts in Indonesia.

BP Tapera Commissioner Heru Pudyo Nugroho said the mass signing ceremony, which was attended directly by President Prabowo Subianto, could encourage the achievement of the government's target to realize 350,000 subsidized houses by the end of 2026.

"This is one part of a strategic initiative, yes, how to encourage and also publish widely. Moreover, if the President is present, it is an extraordinary publication, an extraordinary endorsement," said Heru when met by reporters at the location.

"The more people know, from the demand side, the more there is no problem and it is really from the sampling side as well," he continued.

In this activity, as many as 200 debtors were present directly at the location, while another 62,510 debtors followed the akad procession online from various regions in Indonesia.

In addition to the FLPP agreement, the People's Business Credit (KUR) Housing Program agreement was also carried out for 200 debtors, which is part of a total of 7,100 recipients with a financing value of IDR 880 billion.

Heru said the mass contract was carried out simultaneously at at least 130 points spread across 372 regencies/cities in 36 provinces, ranging from Aceh to Papua.

He added that as of July 29, 2026, the realization of the distribution of FLPP Subsidized KPR had reached 118,756 units of houses with a financing value of Rp. 14.76 trillion.

"I checked the BP Tapera dashboard, it was 118,700 as of July 30. I think this still brings optimism. Compared to last year's month to month, it was higher by 2026. We are also optimistic that the month to month achievement compared to July 2025 will still be high (2026)," he said.

According to him, this achievement is inseparable from the collaboration of various parties, ranging from ministries and agencies, local governments, labor unions, professional associations to financing distribution partners, including PT Sarana Multi Griya Finansial (Persero) together with 43 distributing banks.

On the other hand, BP Tapera also noted a positive trend in the distribution of FLPP in recent years.

After reaching 109,253 units in 2020, the number increased to 178,728 units in 2021, then 226,000 units in 2022 and rose 229,000 units in 2023.

Although it had dropped to 200,300 units in 2024, the distribution again jumped to 278,868 units in 2025, which is the highest record since the program began.

Until the end of July 2026, the realization had reached 118,756 units worth Rp14.76 trillion.
