FIFA U-17 World Cup Participants Profile 2023: Japan, Break The Belenggung Round Of 16

JAKARTA - Success in the U-17 Asian Cup fostered a sense of optimism that Japan could achieve great achievements at the 2023 World Cup U-17 Indonesia. They brought the mission of breaking down the door to the last 16 in their 10th appearance at the U-17 World Cup.

Samurai Blue Muda made history by becoming the first country to win the tournament twice in a row. In the top party they won 3-0 over South Korea.
