JAKARTA — The world's strongest man, Hafthor Bjornsson, underwent some insanely insane training. He can do sit-ups 500 times.

Bjornsson, who is popularly nicknamed Thor, took a video of his workout and then shared it on Instagram.

He said that being able to do 500 sit-ups was a result of the dramatic transformation he underwent.

"How many crunches can you do? I used to cramp after 50 (sit-ups)," he said as quoted by The Sun.

The 33-year-old 'The Game of Thrones' star beat arch-rival Eddie Hall in a vengeful match in March.

The win came after he boxed in three exhibition bouts to prepare for a giant fight against Hall in Dubai.

Since then, Bjornsson has reportedly been trying to get back into the ring again against boxer Tyson Fury. That desire sparked a demand for a super heavyweight duel.

Bjornsson even claimed that talks for the duel were currently underway. If it materializes, both will enter the ring for an exhibition match.

Contrary to Bjornsson's claims, Fury promoter Frank Warren said there had been no talks so far. However, he admits he plans to talk to the WBC champion.

"There's a lot of stuff being said right now, but honestly nothing being done," Warren said.

Fury announced his retirement from boxing in April. He decided to end his professional career after beating Dillian Whyte at Wembley.

Even so, he was still interested in exhibition fights. That means it's possible he can get into the ring against Thor.
