JAKARTA - The Indonesian automotive industry will have another vehicle manufacturer from China, namely BYD, which is estimated to be in early 2024. This is evidenced by several captures of images of several models from this manufacturer that have been tested on earth recently.

The manufacturer, based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, is known to invest by developing several leading and sustainable technologies to build an environmentally friendly ecosystem for the future.

Currently, BYD is one of the leading manufacturers in developing batteries serving as a power hub for electric vehicles (EVs) or New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) that have generated sales of millions of vehicles globally.

The platform is built from a variety of advanced technologies, such as lithium-ion batteries, electric motors, and electronic device systems, which can provide optimal performance.

E-platforms are the leading system that connects several aspects, such as resilience, safety, technology, and intelligence. Some of the advanced systems in it are merged into unity, which makes the saving of body space on vehicles.

As a system, e-platforms can also manage battery temperatures to stay controlled in extreme weather, so as to extend driving range and increase comfort, and can increase the deep integration between driving, braking and steering systems that make driving more responsive.
