Hindia and Mahalini will appear at Forestra 2026 with the accompaniment of Erwin Gutawa Orchestra

JAKARTA - Successful with the previous four editions, Forestra 2026 will be presented again at Orchid Forest Cikole, Bandung, on August 29.

The concert that unites music with nature is again led by Erwin Gutawa Orchestra, which will accompany the performances of /rif, Hindia, Feast, Iwa K, Mahalini, Naykilla, and Senyawa.

Erwin Gutawa said that this year's lineup of performers is no less impressive than previous editions, especially with the presence of big names such as Hindia and Mahalini who dominate the national music market today.

"Maybe it's lucky this year we can get three entities - Hindia Feast, and Mahalini - where these three young entities have the most streaming records. So I think we're lucky this time that Forestra can get them to want to join," said Erwin at a press conference in SCBD, South Jakarta, Friday, July 31.

Erwin saw that the success of the previous four editions of Forestra had a major impact on the ability of the organizers to maintain the quality of the performers presented.

The 64-year-old musician also highlighted how Forestra has become a unique music event, with its loyal audience so supportive.

"The Forestra audience is quite supportive. Because the longer the comments are not too concerned about the line-up, the important thing is that we are always prayed for to always be there. For me, it's a progress, meaning that my ingredients are pretty much appreciated by Jay (Subyakto)," said Erwin.

The frontman of Feast, Baskara Putra, expressed his enthusiasm to welcome his first appearance at Forestra. He and his colleagues admitted that they couldn't wait to hear the results of his collaboration with the orchestra led by Erwin Gutawa.

"We feel very lucky to be invited to this show," said Baskara.

Meanwhile, Andi/rif, who has known Erwin Gutawa and Jay Subyakto, who play the role of Show Director, is also looking forward to the results of the collaboration on stage.

"I've worked with Mas Erwin and Mas Jay since the 2000s. But for now I'm very interested because I'll be performing with the full band /rif. I and my friends will feel amazing," said Andy.

Meanwhile, tickets to watch Forestra 2026 can be owned at a price of IDR 699,000.

In addition to the names above, Forestra 2026 also presents three names that will open the main performance, namely Sukses Lancar Rejeki, Naykilla & Jemsii, and Aldy Amis.
