Pangkostrad Dudung Abdurachman Trending After Saying 'Don't Be Fanatics, All Religions Are Right In God's Eyes'

JAKARTA - Pangkostrad (Commander of Army Strategic Command) Lt. Gen. Dudung Abdurachman paid a working visit to the 9th Zipur Battalion of Kostrad, Ujungberung, Bandung, West Java, Monday, September 13 yesterday.

In his direction to members, Pangkostrad Dudung conveyed that during the COVID-19 pandemic, always prioritize a positive mindset regarding health, because one of the sources of illness comes from the mindset.

Pangkostrad Dudung also appealed to all soldiers to always be grateful, whatever rank they currently have. All humans have their own problems.

"As soldiers, we must be grateful that the current condition of the family is still given health, be grateful to have a wife of whatever form, because it is all our choice," added the Kostrad Commander, reported by VOI from the official website of kostrad.mil.id, Tuesday, September 14.

In addition, the Kostrad Commander did not forget to remind the soldiers to be smart in responding to the news circulating, especially on social media. Do not easily send news that has not been accounted for, or provoked by hoax news.

During this visit, Dudung was accompanied by the Chairperson of the Joint KCK Persit Rahma Dudung Abdurachman, accompanied by Ir Kostrad Major General Ilyas Alamsyah, Kostrad Division 1 Commander Maj.

The procession to welcome the Kostrad Commander began with receiving a report from the Commander of the 9th Combat Engineer Battalion Lang Lang Bhuwana Kostrad, Lt. Col. Czi Setiawan Nur Prakoso Utomo.

Pangkostrad also emphasizes that in every training or tradition, entering a unit must be professional and proportional.

"Implement the tradition development for the new soldiers strictly according to the rules, but not harshly. Because the purpose of the unit's tradition is to build pride and the spirit of the corps without violence or actions that can harm themselves and the unit," said Pangkostrad.
