Driver In South Jakarta Dies, Suspected Of Being Hit By A Train On The Tebet-Cawang Station Rail Line

JAKARTA - A motorcyclist with the initials MF (25) was found dead on the Tebet-Stadiun Cawang Station track Km + 300, Tebet, South Jakarta (Jaksel), Saturday, October 26 at around 22.30 WIB.

Kapolsek Kompol Murohih confirmed the information. Currently, the body has been evacuated to the hospital.

"It was found that a man died allegedly hit by a train," said Murodih when confirmed, Sunday, October 27.

Murohi explained that the incident was known, starting when witness Eka Efendi saw sparks from under the train. Then the witness checked directly under the train, it turned out that a motorbike was found.

Based on information, the driver broke through when the train wanted to pass through the line.

"Checked the bottom of the train to the back of the series. When checking the train series, the witness saw that there was 1 man with a lifeless state," he said.

After the incident, the witness contacted the police. Then, upon arrival at the location the victim was evacuated to the hospital for further action.

"Making a post-mortem to the RSCM," he said.
