The Case Of Nikta Mirzani's Child, The Police Will Check Vadel Badjideh September 27

JAKARTA - The police continue to investigate cases of alleged sexual abuse of children and abortion reported by Nikita Mirzani. Most recently, Vadel Badjideh, who is the reported party, will be questioned on Friday, September 27.

"Investigators have sent a summons to ask for information on the reported brother V to be scheduled, an in-depth investigation will be carried out, examination, retrieval! full on September 27, 2024," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi to reporters, Wednesday, September 25.

The inspection process will take place at the South Jakarta Metro Police at around 14.00 WIB. However, it has not been clearly stated whether Vadel Badjideh will fulfill the summons for the examination.

In handling this case, the police have examined Nikita Mirzani as the reporting party and several witnesses.

It was recorded that 9 witnesses had been examined regarding the Laura Meizani alias Lolly case, who is the son of Nikita Mirzani.

In addition, the Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Nurma Dewi, said that his party had received the results of a temporary post-mortem from Nikita Mirzani's daughter.

"For the time being, we have obtained the post-mortem results, but they are not all of them, because the laboratory results have not been submitted to us from the RSCM, namely as a hospital that conducts an examination of LM's sister for reporting NM, who is an LM's parent to us (South Jakarta Police)," said Nurma.

Meanwhile, Nikita Mirzani's report is registered with the number LP/B/2811/IX/2024/SPKT/POLRES METRO JAKSEL/POLDA METRO JAYA. In that report, the reported party is suspected of violating Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection as referred to in Article 76d of Law 35/2014 and/or 77 A in conjunction with 45 A and/or 421 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 60 of Law No. 17 of 2023 concerning Health and/or Article 346 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 81.
