KPU opens public response on 2 candidate pairs for Bandar Lampung Pilwalkot until 15 September

The General Election Commission (KPU) of Bandar Lampung opened the public's response regarding the two prospective candidate pairs (paslon) in the 2024 Pilkada for three days from 15-18 September 2024.

"We ask for public responses regarding the two prospective pairs of candidates for regional heads, after the results of the research on the administrative requirements for the results of the improvement are declared eligible," said Head of the Bandar Lampung KPU, Deddy Triyadi, in Bandar Lampung, Sunday, September 15, as quoted by Antara.

Ia mengatakan, masyarakat dapat memberikan masukan dan tanggapan atas bakal pasangan calon Wali Kota dan Wakil Wali Kota Bandarlampung melalui https://infopemilu.kpu.go.id atau datang langsung ke Kantor KPU Kota Bandar Lampung.

"We ask for public responses regarding the two candidates for Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Bandarlampung 2024, from today to Wednesday (18 September)," he said.

He said public input and responses could be done online (on the network) and offline (outer network) accompanied by complete identities.

"So, if you really want to provide feedback and input, the public must accompany the identity of the reporter and supporting evidence so that slander does not occur," he said.

He also said that during the period of improving the nomination requirements on September 6-14, 2024, each pair will be candidate pairs for mayor and deputy mayor of Bandarlampung, namely the Eva Dwiana pair Deddy Amarullah and the Reihana pair Aryodhia have fixed it.

"For example, Eva Dwiana fits the photo, and the signature of the supporting political party. Meanwhile, Deddy Amarullah is between the signature of the ID card and a different court letter. For the Reihana and Aryodhia couple, the script for the vision of the mission and the title of Hajj must be proven by a certificate of departure for Hajj," he said.

He said that the administrative requirements for the improvement results made by the prospective candidate pair must also be uploaded to the information system for the nomination of regional heads (Silon Kada) and hardcopy submitted to the Bandarlampung City KPU.
