Nasser explained that the two Ministry of Health officials were reported on suspicion of violating Article 45A of the ITE Law regarding the spread of fake news.
"So the fake news is about, the first one is the Director General of Health Services saying that there was PPDS FK Undip who committed suicide, even though it was only a day after the suicide incident. It was an unnatural death," he said.
"The suicide is the capacity of the authority of the Police, not the authority of other people who do not have enough authority to carry out the process," he continued.
Nasser also claimed that another lie committed by Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin was when he said that there was bullying against the deceased.
"Then the third said that the burglary of Rp. 20-40 million was also not true. Rp. 20-40 million, he was the deceased in his capacity as treasurer who collected funds," he said.
