The Selection Committee announced the names of 20 KPK candidates for the 2024-2029 period who passed the profile assessment test or profile assessment.
Based on the announcement letter registered with number 66/PANSEL-KPK/09/2024, there are three names representing the Attorney General's Office (AGO).
The three names are Kapuspenkum Harli Siregar; Acting Deputy III of the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Sugeng Purnomo; and Fitroh Rochcahyanto who was also the former Director of Prosecution of the KPK.
The AGO was originally scheduled to send five prosecutors to compete in the KPK Capim selection. That way, there are two names that have died, namely the Head of the Bali High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) Ketut Sumedana and the Secretary of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Sesjampidsus) Andi Herman.
Regarding the announcement of the KPK Capim which passed the assessment profile test, the Head of the AGO, Harli Siregar, agreed that there would be 3 representatives from the Adhiyaksa Corps.
However, it was stated that there were several names of KPK candidates who had backgrounds as prosecutors.
"There are still many background prosecutors. Johanis Tanak and Muhammad Yusuf are former prosecutors," said Harli.

Previously, the Chairman of the Pansel Capim and the KPK Council Muhammad Yusuf Ateh said that 40 candidates for the leadership and Supervisory Board of the KPK for the period 2024-2029 were declared qualified.
