Zulhas, Bahlil To AHY Predicted To Enter Prabowo-Gibran Cabinet

The general chairmen of political parties who are currently still ministers in the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet (KIM) of President Joko Widodo are predicted to remain ministers in the government cabinet of Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka.

According to political observer Adi Prayitno, in the 2024 presidential election campaign, Prabowo carries and prioritizes the sustainability jargon. Therefore, it would not be surprising that the general chairmen of the political parties currently in KIM will remain in the upcoming cabinet.

"Yes, it is very possible and open that Prabowo will bring his minister Jokowi in his upcoming cabinet. Moreover, Prabowo carries the spirit of sustainability in his campaign," he said, Sunday, September 8, 2024.

According to the Executive Director of PPI, ministers with good performance with the background of the general chairman of political parties are very likely to continue their work in the future government. Adi gave an example, PAN Chairman Zulkifli Hasan can return to become a minister. "In addition to performance, Zulhas is certainly considered loyal to Prabowo and Jokowi," he added.

Apart from Zulhas, the names of Ketum Golkar Bahlil Lahadalia and former Ketum Golkar, Airlangga Hartarto also have a great opportunity to remain in the upcoming cabinet. Moreover, both of them are considered to have contributed greatly to Prabowo-Gibran's victory.

"Including Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, of course. AHY's loyalty as the Democrat chairman in helping win in the presidential election is also visible. Maybe those names for me have a great chance, beyond that, they are still pitch black," said Adi Prayitno.
