Bandang Flood Death Victims In Rua Ternate Become 16 People, 3 Still Missing

JAKARTA - At least 16 people died as a result of flash floods in Rua Village, Ternate City, North Maluku (Malut). The number of victims who died was based on the findings of three bodies today, Monday, August 26.

On the first day of the search, the joint SAR Team found 13 people dead.

"Based on data, 16 victims have died and currently three victims will be searched tomorrow," said the Coordinator of the Emergency Response Command Post, Rizal Marsaoly during a press conference in Ternate, Monday, August 26, which was confiscated by Antara.

He said officers are currently still searching for three victims of one missing family. They are Minanti Musa (39 years old) and Ajana Roman (5 years old) Awana Alimudin (64 years old).

Meanwhile, 9 injured victims, 3 outpatients, 4 being treated at the Chasan Boesoirie Hospital and 1 person at the Army Hospital (RST).

The search process continues to be carried out by officers in the field. Officers search if the weather improves.

Rizal asked all people in North Maluku to pray for the victims so that they can be found as soon as possible, because there are still those who are detected, because the stones at the flood site are big, so there are many challenges.

Meanwhile, based on data on the death toll that has been found as many as 16 people, namely Ila Abas (49 years), Riyandi Rismon (26 years), Rafka Rismon (10 years), Roman Djais (41 years), Tarisa Cahya Ramadhan (22 years), Amir Taib (52 years).

Then, Aminah Hasan (30 years), Dirga Amir (13 years), Asifa Amir (11 years), Dilan Amir (5 years), Aburizal Iksan (13 years), Hasyim M Djan (55 years), Hajijah Utuh (52 years), Siti Hasyim (22 years), Farah Hasyim (19 years) and Wan Abdullah (58 years).
