Open Voice About Absence At The Plenary Meeting, Zita Anjani: I Found A Constituent

JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPRD from the PAN faction, Zita Anjani, explained the reason she did not attend the plenary meeting on Monday, July 29. Zita revealed that during the plenary meeting, she was going to the electoral district (dapil) to meet the community.

Meanwhile, in his Instagram account story post, @zitaanjani, he uploaded a video of him testing at the same time as a plenary meeting.

Actually, said Zita, he did the sporting activity the morning before the time the plenary meeting began. However, the video was uploaded to coincide with the time of the plenary meeting.

"I exercise every day from 6 to 8 am. If I exercise at 1 pm, it's impossible because usually it's 2-3 o'clock that the agenda is over. There is a political meeting, there I meet constituents, which I don't all publicize. So what I post is not at that time," said Zita at the DKI Jakarta DPRD building, Thursday, August 1.

Zita admitted that she did not upload political meeting activities and met the public on her social media accounts. Because, he wants his social media account to have an update because previously he always uploaded political activities during the 2024 election.

"I'm the person as I am, I can't be fake. What I'm showing, that's me. But not all of my activities are showing. If I like pilates, I really like it. If I (play) tennis, I really like tennis. If I open the hijab, yes, I do open the hijab," explained Zita.

The daughter of the General Chairperson of PAN Zulkifli Hasan emphasized that the previous plenary meeting only scheduled for fractional views and not decision-making forums. Thus, he felt that the absence of some DPRD leaders was justified.

"The agenda on Monday is a meeting of the general views of the factions. So, it is not a decision-making meeting. If the general views of the factions are allowed, it is indeed something that is normal to lead only one leader," he explained.

On Monday, July 29, the DKI Jakarta DPRD held a plenary meeting with an agenda for conveying general views of the factions towards accountability for the implementation of the 2023 budget year APBD.

This plenary meeting also presented the Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono and the ranks of the DKI Provincial Government. After that, the plenary meeting agenda was continued with the submission of the Governor's answer to the general view of the factions regarding the realization of the 2023 APBD.

However, not all leaders of the DKI Jakarta DPRD attended this plenary meeting. The presence of the DPRD leadership was only represented by Khoirudin as Deputy Chairman of the DKI DPRD from the PKS and Misan Samsuri factions, Deputy Chairperson of the DPRD from the Democratic Faction.

Apart from Zita, the chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi, and the Deputy Chair of the DKI Jakarta DPRD from the Gerindra faction, Rany Mauliani, were also not seen in the plenary meeting.
