Aep And Dede Witness Vina Case Reported To Bareskrim: Testimony Of Change And Odd

JAKARTA - The former Regent of Purwakarta, Dedi Mulyadi, doubts the truth of Aep and Dede's statements, witnesses in the 2016 murder case of Vina and Eky Cirebon.

According to him, there were several irregularities in their testimony. For example, it often changes regarding the series of murder events.

"There were new testimonies that they used to make testimony to the 2016 court in their court testimony that changed, between the BAP's testimony and the court, but they did not respond," Dedi told reporters, Wednesday, July 10.

Aep and Dede were steam washing workers who claimed to have seen Vina and Eky riding a motorbike before the alleged murder took place.

In his statement, Aep said that Vina and Eky had been stoned by a group of teenagers who were gathering near the scene.

Regarding this testimony, Dedi claimed to have visited the steam washing place Aep and Dede worked. As a result, the testimonies of the two men were said to be out of sync.

Similar, from the statement of one of the shop owners who was around the location, it was stated that there had never been a stone lempae action that night.

"I met the owner of the madura shop and then went to his house and denied that there was no chase, there was no incident of throwing a distance between the next junior high school and the shop was almost 100 meters and half past 10 at night," he said.

Due to this irregularity, Dedi Mulyadi, who accompanied the family and legal advisers of seven convicts in the Vina-Eky case, reported Aep and Dede to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. The report relates to alleged false testimony.

"It was witnessed by Aep and Dede that made them go to prison so that today we and our legal counsel and the families of the convicts came to the National Police Headquarters to re-joking the testimony of Aep and Dede. Is the testimony true or false," said Dedi.

Meanwhile, the lawyer for seven convicts, Jutek Bongsome, said that his party brought a number of evidences that would be attached to the report, one of which was a letter document containing court excerpts Number 4 and Number 3 of the Cirebon District Court.

"Then we brought power of attorney from the convicts and also the families of the convicts. We also brought evidence of statements from witnesses and of the convicts, respectively, a lot. Even the new witnesses who confirmed what Aep and Dede said were reasonable and suspected that it was not true," said Jutek.
