BPK has submitted an investigative Examination Result Report (LHP) in the context of Calculating State Losses (PKN) on the work of the Batalipu Road flood and pedestrian control channel at the PUPR Service for Fiscal Year 2019 to the Buol District Attorney on Wednesday, July 3.
The submission of the LHP was carried out by the Head of Subauditative Regional Financial Investigation II BPK Mustaknif to the Head of the Buol District Attorney's Office, Adhitya Trisanto, witnessed by the Head of BPK Representative for Central Sulawesi Province, Binsar Karyanto P.
Mustaknif said that the PKN was carried out by BPK based on a request from the Buol District Attorney.
He explained that in BPK Regulation Number 1 of 2020 concerning Investigative Examination, Calculation of State/Regional Losses (PKN/D), and Providing Expert Information (PKA), it was stated that the BPK implemented PKN to reveal whether or not there was state/regional losses, and was carried out by the BPK in the process of investigating a criminal act by an authorized agency.
"We hope that the PKN LHP can be utilized optimally in the prosecution and court process,” said Mustaknif.
