The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police has uncovered the existence of a factory that produces three types of drugs in Malang, East Java. From the results of the deepening, the factory controller is a foreign national (WNA).

"In the manufacturing process, it is not directly controlled but controlled remotely through video conference online facilities," he said.

In this disclosure, the police confiscated three types of fantastic distribution ready drugs, including 1.2 tons of synthetic tobacco; 25 thousand ecstasy pills; and 25 thousand xanax pills.

"There are still 40 kilograms of MDMB PINACA balu material which is equivalent to 2 tons for finished products," said Wahyu.

Meanwhile, eight people were named as suspects, namely a drug dealer with the initials YC (23). Then, four assistants for the mixer, namely FP (21), DA (24), AR (21), and SS (28).

Then, there are also those who act as dealers or couriers, namely RR (23), IR (25) and HA (21).

The suspects were charged with Article 113 paragraph 2 subsidiary Article 114 paragraph 2 subsidiary Article 112 paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 132 paragraph 2 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 35 of 2009 concerning drugs.

They face a minimum sentence of 5 years in prison and a maximum sentence of death and a minimum fine of IDR 1 billion and a maximum of IDR 10 billion.
