Thousands Of Joint Personnel Deployed To Guard The Monas Area Ahead Of The Celebration Of The 78th Bhayangkara Day

A total of 2,959 joint personnel were deployed to secure the people's party celebrating the 78th Bhayangkara Day at Monas Park, Jakarta on Monday, July 1, tomorrow.

Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Police Susatyo Purnomo Condro said related to security during the people's party in celebration of the 78th Bhayangkara Day, 2,959 joint personnel were deployed.

The joint personnel, he continued, came from Polda Metro Jaya, Polres Metro Central Jakarta, TNI, Pemda DKI and agencies related to personnel.

"They will later be placed at a number of points in the Monas area," he said when confirmed, Sunday, June 30.

In addition, security is also carried out to anticipate by preparing a number of personnel to provide security and prevent unwanted things.

"So that residents are orderly to see the Bhayangkara Anniversary concerts and ceremonies, be aware of criminals such as pickpockets and perpetrators of fraud. Secure valuables such as cellphones, jewelry, and wallets," he said.

In addition, Susatyo reminded all personnel involved in security to always act persuasively, not carrying firearms, serving the people who participated in enlivening the 78th anniversary of Bhayangkara properly and humanely.

The People's Party event will start at 14.00 WIB-22.00 WIB at the Monas field. The event is predicted to be attended by approximately 182 thousand people.
