Shifting From South Sumatra, Agus Fatoni Inaugurated As Acting Governor Of North Sumatra Next Monday

PALEMBANG - Acting Governor of South Sumatra (Sumsel) Agus Fatoni will be sworn in as Acting Governor of North Sumatra (North Sumatra) on June 24, 2024, in Jakarta.

Head of the Regional Autonomy Bureau (Otda) of the South Sumatra Regional Secretariat Sri Sulastri said the Acting Governor of South Sumatra Agus Fatoni would replace the Acting Governor of North Sumatra Hassanudin.

Meanwhile, the Acting Governor of South Sumatra who will be inaugurated is the Expert Staff for Regulation, Law Enforcement, and Economic Resilience of the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs Elen Setiadi.

"The Acting Governor of South Sumatra Agus Fatoni will be inaugurated as Acting Governor of North Sumatra in Jakarta, Monday (24/6), along with the inauguration of other regional governors," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, June 22.

In an invitation letter from the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) numbered 100.2.1.3/2817/SJ dated June 21, 2024, which was signed by the Acting Secretary General of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Tomsi Tohir, the inauguration of the newly planned Acting Governor of South Sumatra Monday (24/6) at 15.30 WIB, at the Sasana Bhakti Praja (SBP) building, 3rd Floor, Ministry of Home Affairs Office in Jakarta.

In addition to the inauguration of the Acting Governor of South Sumatra, the letter was also inaugurated by the Acting Governor of North Sumatra (North Sumatra), and the Acting Governor of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).
