The Findings Of BPK Hundreds Of Millions Of LKPD 2023 Central Lombok Have Not Been Handled, Regency Government: The Team Has Moved

JAKARTA - The Central Lombok Regency Government (Pemkab) held a coordination meeting to follow up on the findings of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) on the Regional Government Financial Report (LKPD) for Fiscal Year 2023. BPK's findings are related to the payment of hotel and restaurant tax receivables as well as the amount of administrative fines in Central Lombok which are not complete worth Rp. 400 million. Then the overpayment of physical development to the implementing party is Rp. 140 million. "The team has started to move to collect the hotel and restaurant entrepreneurs who are still in arrears," said Head of the Central Lombok Regency Inspectorate, Lalu Aknal Afandi in Praya, Monday, June 3, confiscated by Antara. He said the hotels and restaurants that were still in arrears were scattered in the Central Lombok area, not only in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ). "The average arrears in payment of hotel and restaurant taxes are not much, between Rp. 10 million and 15 million," he said. In the collection of BPK records, Bapenda involved the Central Lombok Satpol-PP in the hope of providing socialization as well as collecting according to the recommendations from the BPK. Previously, the Central Lombok Regency Government won the title of the 12th Unqualified Opinion (WTP) from the BPK RI on the 2023 budget LKPD. "WTP 2024 is the 12th achievement for Central Lombok Regency," said Central Lombok Regent, H Lalu Pathul Bahri. The Regent of Central Lombok said that this success was the result of joint work. He appreciated all parties who contributed to realizing an accountable government, so that this title can be maintained. "This achievement is a motivation to continue to improve and maintain accountability in future financial management," he said.
