The Arrest And Robbery Of Women In The Mediterranean Palace Apartment Begins When The Perpetrators Are Not Satisfied With Being Served

JAKARTA - The case of robbery and confinement of a woman with the initials TJ (19) in the room on the 30th floor, Tower B, the Mediterranean Palace Apartment, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, turned out to be a trend of open BO (Booking Out) dating.

Central Jakarta Metro Police Deputy Chief AKBP Anton Elfrino Trisanto said the perpetrator was desperate to arrest and persecute TJ because he was dissatisfied with the victim's services. Plus, the victim asked the perpetrator for a tip of Rp. 100,000.

"Because I asked for Rp. 100,000," said AKBP Anton, Monday, May 20.

Previously, US perpetrators (34) had ordered victims in April 2024 at a price of IDR 500 thousand per date. In the first order, US perpetrators were disappointed with the services of victims.

Then the US plans to return to using the services of victims for the second time on Monday, May 13, 2024. However, during the second booking, the US suspect invited CA (29).

The perpetrator had planned the confinement and robbery of the victim's property. After making a date with the victim online, the two met at the Mediterranean Palace tower B apartment in the Kemayoran area.

"Because they were already angry with TJ, the two perpetrators immediately smothered the victim's mouth using a pillow. The two perpetrators then abused the victim and taped his mouth. The victim's hands were also tied with ropes," he said.

After that, the two perpetrators took the iPhone 13 Promax and Rp. 310 thousand belonging to the victim. Then the two perpetrators fled leaving the victim in the apartment room.

"Both of them took their cellphones and the money was annoyed. The first order was not as if they were upset and then ordered them back," he said.

After the two perpetrators left, the victim managed to remove duct tape from his mouth and screamed for help.

Another apartment resident who heard TJ's screams immediately reported to the officers. Luckily at that time the perpetrator was not far away, the security forces also managed to arrest AS in the apartment lobby. Meanwhile, the suspect CA fled and was arrested at Gambir Station.

In order to account for their actions, the two perpetrators were charged with Article 365 of the Criminal Code and Article 170 with the threat of imprisonment for a maximum of 9 years.
