Case Of Bar Owner In BSD Having Sex With Minors Increased Status At The South Tangerang Police

TANGERANG The case of sexual intercourse with a minor by a bar owner in the BSD area, Tangerang has increased its status to an investigation at the South Tangerang Police.

"The investigation has been investigated," said Head of Public Relations of the South Tangerang Police, AKP Agil when confirmed, Thursday, April 25.

BL (28), the alleged perpetrator was reported by the victim's mother, LD (initials) for her child's pregnancy, which has now entered 36 weeks. As a result of the pregnancy, the victim did not want to continue her studies.

Tell VOI, the victim's mother admitted that she was disappointed because this case did not go as expected. Because, according to LD, she has reported the case of her child's pregnancy since 2023. However, until now, 2024 there has been no significant development.

"He hasn't been arrested yet. The perpetrator is still free, there has been no progress," LD told VOI.

LD in the face of the case that happened to his biological child can be thoroughly investigated.

"I hope this case is thoroughly investigated. I want justice in this case," he said.

Previously, a 16-year-old girl with the initials D was suspected of being a victim of sexual intercourse by a bar owner, BL at a boarding house in the Pagedangan area, Tangerang Regency.

The victim's biological mother with the initials LD said that the incident began when her son (victim) went to a nightclub in the South Jakarta area in July 2023. Then, get to know the perpetrators until they follow each other's social media accounts.

"Continue to invite acquaintances, exchange IG (Instagram), then he said he has a bar in BSD," Lia said when confirmed, Wednesday, April 24.

After the meeting the victim was invited to the perpetrator's bar. Since then the victim has not returned home.

"My son was invited to play there, he was still with his friends. Indeed, my son did not come home, but I found out about his departure via WhatsApp," said LD.

The victim went home and told her mother that she was pregnant. Hearing the child's confession, the victim's mother asked BL to be presented to discuss the matter. However, after several meetings, there was no solution. Even LD said, currently BL has disappeared and cannot be contacted.
