Polda Metro Jaya revealed an ecstasy factory in a unit of Sentraland Apartment, Cengkareng, West Jakarta. Hundreds of pills and various ecstasy raw materials were confiscated. "This existing mode is a concern for all of us, the manufacture of ecstasy in apartments," said Director of Drug Investigation at Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Hengki to reporters, Friday, March 15. In the disclosure of the case, the police confiscated 416 ecstasy pills. Allegedly, the amount was only the remainder because it had previously been circulated by AI alias B. "The suspect AI alias B plays a role as a producer or who makes direct ecstasy. We are from a small home industry, we secure various kinds of tools used to print ecstasy, including raw materials," he said. "Maybe this is something that has been distributed that has been sold. It's just that this is what we just revealed," continued Hengki. Then, the police also confiscated 16 grams of blue powder containing methamphetamine. Hengki said that of the dozens of grams of powder, hundreds to thousands of ecstasy could be made. "This can produce like this, it can produce 500 to 1000 pills and various tools that we can secure, tools and materials for the manufacture of ecstasy," he said.

From the results of the investigation, suspect AI alias B got the raw material by buying it online. Meanwhile, his ability to make ecstasy was obtained while he was languishing in one of the prisons. "Yes, automatically and the materials used there, he thinks that from the results of the examination he is in detention in prison," said Hengki.
