DKI Prepares Special Routes To Locations For The Third Debate Of The 2024 Jakarta Pilkada

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency has prepared a special route to the debate location for the three pairs of candidates for governor and deputy governor of DKI Jakarta in the 2024 Jakarta Regional Head Election (Pilkada), Sunday, November 17.

Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) Syafrin Liputo explained, there are two entrances to the debate location, namely door 5 for access to VVIP/VIP and door 7 for access to supporters of candidate pairs (paslon).

Alternative routes to 5-door access can be through the following roads:

1. Traffic flow from the west (Slipi) to Gate 5 can be through Jalan Gatot Subroto-Flyover Ladokgi-Jalan Gerbang Pemuda-Jalan Asia Afrika-Jalan Pintu 1 Senayan and so on

2. Traffic flow from the east (Pankoran) to Gate 5 can be via Jalan Gatot Subroto-Simpang Susun Semanggi-Jalan Jenderal Sudirman-rotating direction at the Senayan Roundabout-Jalan Jenderal Sudirman-Jalan Pintu 1 Senayan and so on

3. Traffic flow from the south (Sisingamangaraja Street) to Gate 5 can be through Jalan Sisingamangaraja-Bundaran Senayan-Jalan Jenderal Sudirman-Jalan Pintu 1 Senayan and so on

4. Traffic flow from the north (HI Roundabout) to Gate 5 can be through Jalan Jenderal Sudirman-rotating at the Senayan Roundabout-Jalan Jenderal Sudirman-Jalan Pintu 1 Senayan and so on.

Furthermore, alternative routes to Gate 7 access can be through the following roads:

1. Traffic flow from the west (Slipi) to Gate 7 can be through Jalan Gatot Subroto-Flyover Ladokgi-Jalan Gerbang Pemuda-Jalan Asia Afrika-Jalan Pintu 1 Senayan-Jalan Jenderal Sudirman and so on

2. Traffic flow from the east (Pankoran) to Gate 7 can be via Jalan Gatot Subroto-Simpang Susun Semanggi-Jalan Jenderal Sudirman-rotating directions at the Senayan Roundabout-Jalan Jenderal Sudirman and so on

3. Traffic flow from the south (Sisingamangaraja Street) to Gate 7 can be through Jalan Sisingamangaraja-Bundaran Senayan-Jalan Jenderal Sudirman and so on

4. Traffic flow from the north (HI Roundabout) to Gate 7 can be through Jalan Jenderal Sudirman-rotating at the Senayan Roundabout-Jalan Jenderal Sudirman and so on.

Syafrin appealed to the public to avoid the road so as not to cause traffic jams and always obey the instructions.

"Road users are advised to avoid these roads and be able to adjust the traffic arrangements set, comply with traffic signs and instructions from officers in the field and prioritize traffic safety on the road," said Syafrin.

The third debate for the 2024 DKI Jakarta Pilkada is scheduled to be held on November 17, 2024 at 19.00 WIB at Golden Ballroom-The Sultan Hotel & Residence Jakarta.

The DKI Jakarta KPU carries the theme "City Curvature and Climate Change" in the third debate.

There were six sub-themes in the third debate, namely flood management, settlement arrangement, emission reduction and air pollution as well as renewable energy transitions. Then waste management, clean water availability, livable cities and green open space arrangement.

The debate will be followed by the three candidate pairs for governor and deputy governor of Jakarta 2024, namely candidate pair number 1 Ridwan Kamil-Suswono (RIDO), candidate pair number 2 Dharma Pongrekun-Kun Wardana (Dharma-Kun) and candidate pair number 3 Pramono Anung-Rano Karno (Pram-Doel).
