Asking For Protection, Families Of Victims Of Bullying At Binus High School, South Tangerang, Visit LPSK

JAKARTA - The families of victims of bullying by Binus School Serpong High School students visited the office of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK), Ciracas, East Jakarta. They asked for protection from the state because according to him this case had to be resolved in court.

"We explain the legal process in terms of child justice, especially diversion. But this mother's main goal is to go to court," said Rizky, the victim's family legal team, Friday, February 23.

"We are coordinating with LPSK. Because LPSK is here to support and provide protection for witnesses and victims. Finally, we went to LPSK," he said.

Especially at the time of the incident, there were 30-40 students who witnessed the victim getting bullied rather than the student. Therefore, it is important for victims to get treatment from the state regarding this bullying case.
