Ahead Of The 5th Presidential Candidate Debate, PLN Prepares 2 UPS Units With A Capacity Of 1,000 KVA, And 1 UGB 1,000 KVA

The 5th Presidential Candidate Debate with the theme Social Welfare, Culture, Education, Information Technology, Health, Manpower, Human Resources and Inclusion will take place today, Sunday night, February 4, at the Jakarta Convention Center. PLN Main Distribution Unit (UID) Jakarta Raya ensures that electricity supply is in a reliable condition to ensure that the 5th debate event runs smoothly. Lasiran, General Manager of PLN UID Jakarta Raya said the experience at the previous Presidential Candidates and Vice Presidential Candidates which took place at the JCC had been successful, PLN again ensured that this last debate event went smoothly.

"In supporting the electricity system at JCC without flickering, PLN UID Jakarta Raya has prepared electricity supply up to 6 layers and is also supported by competent equipment and personnel," explained Lasiran.

The equipment alerted includes 2 units of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) with a total capacity of 1,000 kVA, and 1 Unit of Mobile Substation (UGB) 1,000 kVA.

General Manager of PLN UID Jakarta Raya, Lasiran added that as many as 65 joint personnel have been prepared to oversee this latest presidential candidate debate.

The joint personnel consist of employees, substation officers, and technical service officers. They are on standby in a spread, starting from the control center, substation, to guarding PLN equipment at the debate location during the event, concluded Lasiran.
