JAKARTA - Head of RT 06/03 Cibubur, Sumarno explained, immoral acts committed by junior high school students against kindergarten students along the flow of Cipinang River, Cibubur, Ciracas District, East Jakarta occurred after the rain subsided.

"Information from residents, the incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon, around the end of Ashar, at 4 (tore) the incident," Sumarno told reporters, Wednesday, January 24.

The perpetrator and the victim were handed over by residents after being arrested on Tuesday night after Isya. In addition, the victim's family and the perpetrator have also been brought together, then the case is handed over to the police.

"We went to the Resort Police to take them because they let them take responsibility for their actions," he said.
