Thwart The Theft Of Motorbikes, Mr. RT In Cilincing Gets Shot By Perpetrators

JAKARTA The theft of motorized vehicles in the Semper Barat area, Cilincing, North Jakarta was successfully thwarted by the head of RT 03 named Ubin. But unfortunately, Ubin actually suffered a gunshot wound. The shooting incident occurred on Monday night, January 15.

Cilincing Police Chief, Commissioner Fernando Saharta Saragih, said that in this shooting case, his party found evidence of two sewers (round iron bullets) which allegedly belonged to the perpetrator.

"Evidence of Gotri made of metal has been found at the scene. In accordance with the wound (RT pack)," Fernando said when confirmed, Wednesday, January 17.

In this case, the owner of the motorbike did not make a police report, because the vehicle could be saved. However, the shooting victim, Mr. Ubin, has made a police report regarding Article 351 of the Criminal Code.

"Because the wound caused by the bullet shot is enough to make a mark on Mr. RT's body," he said.

Therefore, his party conducted an investigation by examining a number of witnesses and video recordings from CCTV to reveal the identity of the perpetrator.

"Later, we will also call witnesses who see, there are two witnesses who are trying to catch up (the perpetrators)," he said.

Initial information, the documentation of the photo of the head of the RT after being shot by the perpetrator circulated on social media. The victim was seen lying in a hospital wearing a gray shirt and a black hat.

In addition, there were also injuries to the victim's left hand, which were suspected to have been caused by the shooting. The incident began when the head of the RT saw a crowd of residents thwarting the theft of a motorcycle in a boarding house.

However, the thief fired three shots when Benjamin tried to block the perpetrators in action.
