JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya stated that it found new facts about Firli Bahuri's assets or assets that were not registered in the State Officials Wealth Report or LHKPN. The findings are one of the reasons investigators scheduled the examination today. "Investigators have obtained new facts about the existence of other assets or assets that have not been reported in the LHKPN and have not been explained by the suspect FB in the investigation report on the previous suspect," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak in his statement, Thursday, December 21. However, it has not been explained in detail the form of Firli Bahuri's assets or assets found by investigators. It was only conveyed that if Firli Bahuri attended the examination, investigators would confirm the findings. Including tracing the assets whose ownership is in the family name of the inactive KPK chairman. "The purpose of the examination or request for additional information that will be made against the suspect FB is to ask for information about all his property, as well as the property of his wife, child, and family," he said. However, Firli could not fulfill the summons for examination as a suspect. The reason is that there are important activities that cannot be abandoned, one of which is giving information at the KPK Supervisory Board (Dewas). In fact, Firli Bahuri was not present at the KPK Council examination. That way, investigators considered Firli's reasons through his attorney were unreasonable.

Thus, investigators will send a second summons to Firli Bahuri. However, the time has not been determined. "Investigators will issue and send a second summons to the suspect," said Ade.
