Vice President To Bali Attends SAKIP Award

JAKARTA - Vice President Ma'ruf Amin left for Bali to award the results of the evaluation of the Government Agencies Performance Accountability System (SAKIP), Bureaucratic Reform, and the Integrity Zone towards a Corruption-Free Region and a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area 2023.

The vice president and his wife, Wury Estu Handayani, and a limited entourage departed from the Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base, Jakarta, at around 16.00 WIB, Tuesday, December 5.

The departure of Vice President Ma'ruf and his entourage using the Boeing 737-400 Indonesian Air Force Presidential Aircraft to I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Badung Regency, Bali.

The vice president and his entourage are expected to arrive in Bali at around 18.50 WITA after taking a flight for 1 hour 50 minutes, and will be welcomed by Acting Governor of Bali Mahendra Jaya and his wife, Pangdam IX Udayana, Bali Police Chief, Danlanud I Gusti Ngurah Rai, and Danlanal Denpasar.

From the airport, Vice President Ma'ruf and his wife and entourage headed to the hotel in the Nusa Dua area to rest, before Wednesday (6/12) attending the award presentation of the results of the evaluation of SAKIP, Bureaucratic Reform, and Integrity Zone in the Nusa Dua Lot NW/1 Tourism Area.

The award for the results of the evaluation of SAKIP, Bureaucratic Reform, and Integrity Zone was initiated by the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) as an appreciation to government agencies who have provided their best efforts in managing bureaucracy and providing the best service to the community.

In addition to being an agenda in order to provide information to the public about the achievements of government bureaucratic reform during 2023, the award submission aims to motivate agencies to always improve in carrying out bureaucratic reform which has a real impact on the community.

In addition to giving remarks, the Vice President will also hand over awards to representatives of ministries/agencies as well as provincial and city governments who have received the AA and A value predicate.

In the afternoon from Bali, the Vice President will continue his working visit to Jember, East Java, to hand over assistance for stunting reduction programs from the Indonesian Dewa-Dewi Foundation and PT Semen Imasco Asiatic East Java.
