BANDUNG - Governor of West Java Beyvi Machmudin revealed that the Gedebage-Tasikmalaya-Cilacap (Getaci) toll road construction project is now entering the auction stage and will start construction in early 2024.
Bey said that based on information he received from the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR), land acquisition until Tasikmalaya was underway and 90 kilometers to Tasikmalaya, was ready to be executed.
"I received an update from the Ministry of PUPR regarding the Getaci Toll Road, 90 kilometers and is currently in auction and will start construction early next year," said Bey, in Bandung, quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, October 10.
Beyvi hopes that the auction process can run smoothly, so that the maximum of February 2024 construction of the Getaci Toll Road can be carried out.
"Hopefully next year. The beginning of the year, January-February has started," he said.
