JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned Secretary of the Supreme Court (MA) Hasbi Hasan on Wednesday, July 12. He will be questioned as a suspect in case management at the KPK's Red and White Building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta.
"The investigative team has scheduled the summons of the suspect HH to attend tomorrow," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri in a written statement, Tuesday, July 11.
The KPK reminded Hasbi to cooperate in fulfilling the summons. So, he can explain the case that ensnared him in front of investigators.
"We gave the suspect the opportunity to explain his alleged actions in front of investigators as defense material for him during the trial process," said Ali.
Previously reported, the KPK named Hasbi Hasan and Independent Commissioner of PT Wika Beton, Dadan Tri Yudianto as suspects in alleged bribery in case management.
