Case Documents Of Bribery Case Management Confiscated By KPK From The Staff Of The Secretary Of The Supreme Court

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) confiscated documents related to the alleged bribery in case management at the Supreme Court (MA) from MA Secretary Hasbi Hasan's staff, Tri Mulyani on Thursday, June 8. The confiscation was carried out after he was examined as a witness. "The staff from the suspect HH (Hasbi Hasan) confiscated the documents from the person concerned (Tri)," said KPK spokesman Ali Fikri in a written statement, Friday, June 9. The confiscated documents were not detailed. However, on the same occasion, investigators also took Hasbi's official letter to travel. "The witness was also confirmed regarding the explanation of the assignment letter for the suspect HH's service in several places," said Ali. Previously reported, the KPK appointed Hasbi Hasan and Independent Commissioner of PT Wika Beton, Dadan Tri Yudianto. This determination relates to allegations of bribery in case management. The KPK suspects that Hasbi Hasan received money from Dadan Tri Yudianto. He is suspected of pocketing part of the Rp11.2 billion received by the former Independent Commissioner of PT Wika Beton. The money was called by the anti-corruption commission as a fee for cassation management with the defendant Budiman Gandi Suparman in the Supreme Court. The giving was made after Dadan asked Hasbi to help secure the KSP Inti Dana case. "Some of the money was allegedly given by the suspect DTY (Dadan Tri Yudianto) to HH (Hasbi Hasan) around March 2022," said Deputy Chair Nurul Ghufron at a press conference at the KPK's Red and White Building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Tuesday, June 6.

Currently Dadan has been detained at the KPK detention center. Meanwhile, Hasbi has not yet felt the detention cell and continues to be monitored so as not to run away.
