Wow, There Are Brokers Who Offer Cheaper Formula E Tickets Near The Counter

JAKARTA - A number of brokers were caught offering tickets to Formula E spectators around the official ticket exchange location at the Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo) Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.

Since this morning, these brokers have approached people passing by the west parking area of JIExpo Kemayoran or close to the ticket exchange location and offered tickets secretly.

The tickets offered are already in the form of physical tickets, so ticket buyers from these brokers do not need to be exchanged again at the ticket exchange counter.

"Tickets, tickets, there are extra tickets," said one of the brokers at JIExpo Kemayoran, Saturday, June 4.

They claimed to sell tickets for spectators in the circuit in the Grandstand and Circuit Festival categories. The ticket price for the Grandstand category in official sales is IDR 750 thousand before tax. Then, the Circuit Festival category is priced at IDR 750 thousand before tax.

However, the tickets offered by brokers are actually cheaper than the tickets sold officially. "The Circuit (Festival) is IDR 350 thousand, here. The Grandstand is IDR 500 thousand," he said.

As is known, the ninth series of Formula E was officially held today, Saturday, June 4, at the Jakarta International E-Prix Circuit, Ancol. This electric car racing event will be held for one full day. Here's the schedule and important information about Formula E today.

The Formula E event has a different format from the Formula 1 race which is usually held three days in a row. For Formula E, each series is only held on one day, starting from free practice, qualifying to race.

For the ninth series in Jakarta, the agenda begins with free practice (FP)1 starting at 07.15 - 07.45 western Indonesia time. From the observations of VOI in the field, the audience for FP1 is still unable to attend.

Next, there is the FP 2 schedule which starts at 09.00 - 09.30 western Indonesia time, then the qualifying round at 10.40 - 11.15 western Indonesia time, and on the same day the race schedule will also take place at 15.00 western Indonesia time.
