An Uncle In Serang Raped His Nephew Until She Gave Birth

JAKARTA – A 17-year-old girl has become a victim of DYS' lust, a 49-year-old man who is none other than her own uncle. The irony is that the victim was raped by DYS until she became pregnant.

The information obtained, DYS carried out the action at the victim's house, in Serang City, Banten, when the house was quiet. Then the perpetrator entered the victim's room and asked her to have sex.

But when the victim refused, the perpetrator was angry and immediately threatened. By force, the victim can not do anything.

Five months passed, the victim was pregnant. Because she didn't want her family to know about it, DYS took the victim to a traditional birth attendant to abort the pregnancy. But the victim refused.

Until finally the victim gave birth. The family reported the perpetrator to the police. DYS was arrested since Saturday 11 December, early in the morning.

DYS was taken to the Serang City Police Headquarters along with the victim for further questioning. To strengthen the evidence of DYS's rape, the victim did a post-mortem.

When contacted, the Head of Public Relations of the Banten Police, Shinto Silitonga, said he would first check at the Serang City Police.
