JAKARTA - The latest Kia Sportage is expected to launch soon and manufacturers are starting to spread teasers of some parts of the model.

Quoting from the Paultan page, Friday, October 25, although the images shared were not clearly shown, they can be seen in the front lights in the form of diamonds combined with daytime running like big arrows, coupled with big grips.

Although it looks vague, it is clear that this South Korean brand is trying to harmonize the latest design language, which is in line with the ranks of its other products. At first glance, the design presented was inspired by the EV9 model.

Meanwhile, the back of the changes presented looks smoother. You can see the revised rear light graphics which are the only visible changes, and the rear bumper is slightly revised.

It said the facelift version of Sportage will carry the same engine options as the previous model, which will be offered with 1.6 l gasoline engines, 2.0 l turbocharger diesel engines, along with hybrid and plug in hybrid variants will be an option.

Previously, in the middle of last year Kia had tested the SUV on the highway, according to a Korean Car Blog report. At that time, the model was still shrouded in camouflage.

Based on the Korean Car Blog report, this latest model will get changes in interior that not only offers an aesthetic side, but increases visibility and safety.

The SUV will also carry a three-screen infotainment system inspired by EV9 and EV3. The system promises interface technology that integrates navigation, entertainment, and vehicle tuning. Kia also promises that multi-screen settings can be easily accessible, making it a safe and pleasant driving experience.
