BYD's Premium Brand 'Fang Cheng Bao' Introduces 3 Models At The Same Time, Will Be On Beijing Auto Show 2024

JAKARTA - The leader of the Chinese electric vehicle, BYD, continues to expand its lineup of models including in its premium sub-brand Fang Cheng Bao, by introducing three new models at once.

Quoting from the old CNevpost, Thursday, April 18, the three models in question are the Bao 8 SUV and Super 3 and Super 9 concepts which will also be present at the Beijing Auto Show 2024 exhibition.

In more detail, the Bao 8 model is inspired by the sleek Super 8 concept, the design looks modern thanks to several sharp curves from the front, to the back. This crossover SUV uses a DMO hybrid architecture that promises off-road greatness

Although the technical specifications have not been announced, it is estimated that there will be a strong series of hybrid powertrains. Of course, it will be something very interesting to wait for.

In addition, there is Super 3 which describes a Bao 3 SUV in the future. At first glance, the design offered has a more aggressive style than Bao 8. This concept also shows Fang Cheng Bao's bolder ambition.

Finally, there is the concept of Super 9 which is stunning and said to fall into the speedster category. From the design offered by the two-seater car comes with a futuristic cockpit canopy and a bold aerodynamic line. This concept illustrates glimpses of Fang Cheng Bao's future model, which is destined to compete in the electric vehicle market segment.

Fang Cheng Bao's brand is critical to BYD's global ambition, especially since the Chinese brand expects a massive increase in sales by 2024, targeting more than 3.63 million vehicles after breaking records by 2023.
