SIVP carries the concept of "Come to You, Park for You" with two main features, namely smart parking which allows vehicles to find and park themselves automatically, and smart summon which makes the car can be called through an application on the smartphone to pick up the owner after finishing the activity.
Indonesia became the first country to be chosen as the location for the global launch of this technology before being introduced in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Thailand. According to Jaecoo, this decision shows the importance of the Indonesian market for the company so that the first implementation of SIVP is carried out through Jaecoo J7 SHS-P.
To support this capability, the Jaecoo J7 SHS-P SIVP is equipped with an intelligent driving system that combines 27 sensors and cameras around the vehicle. This system is also equipped with a 128-channel DTOF LiDAR, a millimeter wave radar that is capable of detecting objects up to 280 meters in front and 200 meters to the side, as well as a camera that provides monitoring coverage of up to 540 degrees.
All of this information is processed by the Intelligent Driving Domain Controller so that the vehicle can accurately recognize the surrounding conditions and perform parking maneuvers safely. In its application in the shopping center area, the driver simply determines the parking area and then gets out of the vehicle before the parking process begins.
After that, the car will search for available parking spaces and park itself automatically. When the owner is done with the activity, the vehicle can be called through an application connected to the smartphone and will move towards the designated pick-up point without the driver having to walk to the parking location.
Jaecoo targets the implementation of the first phase of the SIVP technology to start in October 2026 in 40 locations. Furthermore, by the end of 2026, the service coverage will be expanded to more than 60 points in various regions of Indonesia, including shopping centers, public areas, to office buildings. In conjunction with its debut at GIIAS 2026, Jaecoo also officially opened the initial booking of J7 SHS-P SIVP through the official Jaecoo Indonesia website.
