JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has found 57 State Funders Wealth Reports (LHKPN) that are suspected of not being in accordance with the reporting profile throughout the first semester of 2026. The findings will be followed up through further examination.
Deputy Chairman of the KPK Fitroh Rohcahyanto said the high level of compliance in the submission of LHKPN was not the only indicator of the success of supervision. The reasonableness and consistency of the contents of the reports submitted by state agencies are the concern of his agency.
"Administrative compliance alone is not enough. From hundreds of thousands of reports that have been received, we have found 57 reports that are suspected of not being in accordance with the reporting profile and need to be investigated further," said Fitroh in a press conference on the achievement of the KPK's performance in the first semester of 2026 which was broadcast on the KPK RI YouTube, Friday, July 31.
Fitroh explained that until June 2026 the KPK had received 422,766 LHKPN documents. This number shows that the reporting compliance rate reaches 98 percent.
A number of institutions even recorded 100 percent compliance, including the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT), the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, the President's Office and Vice President's Office, the Boyolali Regency Government, and the Kendari City Government.

According to him, the KPK actively analyzes the reasonableness of reported assets so that any discrepancies will be followed up.
The KPK also noted an increase in gratification reporting throughout the first semester of this year. Until June, there were 2,850 reports of gratification from civil servants and state administrators.
Of this amount, 626 reports were determined to belong to the state with a total value of Rp5.14 billion. Fitroh said that the value increased compared to the same period in 2025 which reached Rp1.78 billion.
He emphasized that strengthening the integrity of state administrators remained the main foundation for preventing corruption. Therefore, the KPK will continue to strengthen supervision of wealth reporting and gratification reporting mechanisms to encourage more transparent and accountable government governance.
"More gratification reports do not mean that the practice has increased, but rather shows the growing awareness of rejecting and reporting potential conflicts of interest," concluded Fitroh.
