KIA Will Announce Future PBV Vision And Model Ranks At The 2024 CES Ajang

JAKARTA - South Korean car manufacturer KIA will redefine the term PBV to 'Playform Beyond Vehicle', and officially launch its global PBV business at CES 2024 in Las Vegas, USA early 2024.

Quoted from the Electrek page, Saturday, December 16, the manufacturer will also introduce the ranks of future PBV products and its business vision, as well as physically display several PBV concept models.

As is known, KIA PBV is a total mobility solution that combines electric vehicles that suit needs, with advanced software solutions that will open the door for new businesses and lifestyles.

The move was taken to expand its business to the fields of e-commerce, logistics, pick-up and delivery of robots with specially made electric vehicles, along with the growth in the segment that triggers the need for environmentally friendly solutions.

As a serious step, in April Kia began construction of its first PBV plant in South Korea, with plans to produce 150,000 units in its first year, and will expand its target in line with market conditions.

Selain itu pada acara tersebut perusahaan juga akan menghadirkan perangkat khusus baru seperti Easy Swap, dan solusi digital yang dikembangkan oleh Hyundai, dikutip dari laman resmi Kia.

Not to forget, Kia will introduce a vision about EVs for All by showing EV3, and EV4 concept cars together with EV9 and EV6 GT, as well as displaying various lifestyle benefits that customers can enjoy from the ranks of Kia's fast-growing electric vehicles.
