Former Porn Star Mia Khalifa Calls Gal Gadot 'Barbie Genocide' For Her Remarks On Israeli-Palestinians

JAKARTA - Mia Khalifa criticized Gal Gadot after her neutral statement on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Earlier this week, the former Lebanese-American porn star voiced her distaste for the Wonder Woman 1984 star by retweeting an HBO post about the film's return to the streaming service. She wrote, "We ask for #SnyderCut, not Barbie Genocide".

The comments come after the escalating conflict between Israelis and Palestinians as well as Israel's alarming mobilization along the border. This attracted global attention from politicians, activists, and celebrities.

In addition, Khalifa's post also follows Gadot's recent statement about the escalating situation, in which she stated that the two sides have the right to "coexist in peace".

However, the former IDF soldier and Miss Israel was heavily criticized by both sides for her neutral statements, including Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's son Yair Netanyahu, who accused her of acting like Switzerland.

Despite this, Khalifa retained her initial comments after a set of polarized reactions in which one responded by asking "Don't be stupid. Is this Gal's fault?"

"What do you want her to do? Against her own government?", the woman tweeted before declaring that Gadot could be a target if she said anything else.

"Do you know what happened to Israel's last president who signed a peace treaty in 1993??? He could have been killed by a right-wing extremist group".

And Khalifa's response? "Thank you for clarifying the tyrannical nature of the Israeli government. I didn't know it, it was wild. *Pretend to be shocked*".
