Undergo Urine Test Andrew Andika Declared Positive For Methamphetamine

JAKARTA - Celebrity Andrew Andika underwent a health check after being arrested on suspicion of drug abuse at the West Jakarta Metro Police, Sunday, September 29.

After undergoing the examination, the Head of Narcotics Unit, AKP Hamdan, said that Andrew Andika had tested positive for methamphetamine.

"We from the West Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Unit today carried out a medical test and urine check on a public figure on behalf of the initials AA and 5 of his friends whom we have secured on Thursday regarding drug abuse," said Hamdan Agus at the West Jakarta Metro Police, Sunday, September 29.

"And from the results of the medical examination, thank God, for AA's brother and 5 other friends are in good health. And for the overall urine test, it contains amphethins and methamphetamines," he added.

Previously, the West Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes M Syahduddi, said that Andrew Andika was arrested with evidence of methamphetamine. "(The evidence) is methamphetamine," said Syahduddi via text message, Saturday, September 28.

Furthermore, the Head of Drugs at the West Jakarta Police, AKBP Chandra, explained that Andrew Andika was arrested along with 5 other people in different locations, namely Bogor and South Jakarta.

"When we arrested him, we made two places, namely the Bogor and South Jakarta areas. Against the public figure, AA is currently at the West Jakarta Metro Police as well as his friends," explained Chandra.

"There are 5 friends, 3 men 2 women and some influencers," he said.
