JAKARTA - A number of state officials were seen wearing traditional clothes during the annual session of the MPR / DPR / DPD RI in Jakarta on Thursday, August 16, 2024. Starting from President Joko Widodo (Jokowi), Chairman of the Indonesian Parliament Puan Maharani, to Minister of Finance of Indonesia Sri Mulyani. Here's a portrait of their style.

President Jokowi continued his last tradition of wearing traditional clothes at the 2024 MPR annual session. This time he wore Ujung Serong clothing from Betawi in black and matching trousers. The clothes were combined with purplish cloth with a chain decoration on the chest, and a black cap.

Meanwhile, First Lady Iriana Jokowi wore a golden cream-colored kebaya with a matching songket cloth. Her appearance is complemented by a golden cream-colored scarf attached to her right shoulder. The First Lady looks elegant with simple makeup and loose hair.

There is also the Vice President, Ma'ruf Amin and Wury's wife Ma'ruf Amin. Ma'ruf wore traditional Palembang clothes with black and gold nuances. With a head covering, then beskap (jas), trousers, and songket cloth worn on the waist to the knees. Wury Ma'ruf Amin was seen wearing a green Betawi kebaya with the pattern of flowers combined with a green veil.

Sri Mulyani was seen at the location wearing a kebaya with a dominant white color and a red batik librid skirt. Her clothes are also equipped with a bright red scarf with a green flower batik pattern, which is in line with the lilit skirt worn.

Puan Maharani looks elegant with a golden kebaya. The gold kebaya is a well-known designer design, Didiet Maulana. Puan wears a new type of tick kebaya and a light gold silk scarf to complete her appearance. Not to forget to put the butterfly bros accessories on the middle panel of the kebaya.

Retno was present wearing a white kebaya outer with white kebaya nuances with a large red rose brooch as an accessory on the chest. This outfit is equipped with a red cloth, as if it depicts the color of the Indonesian flag.

Krisdayanti was also present at the Annual Session which was held at the MPR-DPR Building, Senayan. The DPR member from the Democratic party faction as well as the Pop Indonesia diva appeared enchanting with the red Kutubaru Kebaya typical of Central Java.
