Friday, August 2, JYP Entertainment released a trailer for its first album entitled abouTZU. The video shows Tzuyu entering a mysterious house accompanied by dialogue.

"On a day yesterday by anyone. I'm a leader, a dreamer. Trust Me. Before I give you my all, I will ask one last time," reads the narration shown in the video.

The teaser ended with Tzuyu taking a cassette that she found in the rain before looking at the camera. They also repeated the shooting scene which went viral in 2016.

"So, are you ready?" asked Tzuyu to the camera.

The agency has not revealed the release date of Tzuyu's album, but he is confirmed to be the third member of TWICE to debut solo.

Nayeon became the first member of TWICE to make a solo debut in 2022. Then followed by Jihyo who released his first album.

Tzuyu herself is active in advertising by becoming an ambassador for several brands. Her solo debut was a surprise for fans considering that she was rarely related to singing activities.
